Desert Dwellers
Desert Dwellers
Desert Dwellers enjoys a reputation as one of the most pioneering and prolific downtempo, psy-bass, and tribal trance acts in the United States. They consist of Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe, who began their careers as independent music producers and DJs in the deserts of New Mexico and California. Coming together in the late '90s after connecting through the legendary Moontribe scene, today the duo enjoys a reputation as one of the most pioneering and prolific downtempo, psy-bass, and tribal trance acts in the United States. Desert Dwellers have toured extensively across six continents, spent a 7-week stretch on the road with renowned psychedelic artist Shpongle, and have performed at dozens of festivals, most notably Shambhala, Lightning in a Bottle, Envision, Coachella, Rainbow Serpent, and Boom. Taking a new approach to digital production, Amani and Treavor have combined the raw sounds of the natural world while skillfully blended deep bass, earthy percussion, etheric voices and cross-cultural instrumentation into sonic incense for the mind and body. Bringing the electronic music vibe to the yoga scene, and the sounds of yoga to the electronic dance scene, Desert Dwellers’ global sounds are the bridge between the worlds of dance and movement.
Whitebear
Whitebear
There are chance occurrences in today’s sales-driven entertainment markets to witness amazingly raw, unbridled talent, the pioneering spirit behind Whitebear may easily serve as a textbook example and has been leaving many listeners speechless with the sophistication of his musical expression, as he progresses into greater and greater depths of electronica.

Whitebear has had the pleasure of playing festivals all around the world including Strawberry Fields (AUS), Total Eclipse Festival 2012 (AUS), Deliverance (AUS), Earth Frequency (AUS), Twisted Frequency (NZ), Envision Festival (Costa Rica), Ometeotl Festival (MEX), Sonic Bloom (USA), Enchanted Forest (USA), Shambhala Music Festival (CAN), Belantara Gathering (MAS) and numerous other club gigs. He has supported and played alongside the likes of Desert Dwellers, Opiuo, Phaeleh, Kalya Scintilla and many more.

Whitebear's sound certainly lives up to the essence of his moniker, conjuring up imagery just as majestic and awe-inspiring as the creature itself, journeying across crystalline terrain, lonely, but never alone. The songs carry signature elements, a bold, weighty gait, growling basslines and a bristling, intense nature that one does not want to test adversely, all with a very clear element of being completely at home, defending and caring for all that is sacred. A comprehensive blend of east-meets-west melodies, tribal rhythms, modern synthesis and post Newtonian-physics mathematics, Whitebear songs sing proudly from a wordless, graceful balance point between mind and heart, of all-or-nothing vision quests, demanding every last shred of identity, promising only to stride beside as direction itself becomes a foreign theory.
BogTroTTeR
BogTroTTeR
The Minneapolis native BogTroTTeR has set roots in Denver and has been melting crowds throughout United States, Australia, and Canada since 2009. Through complex percussions and growling rhythms, BogTroTTeR’s diverse collage of original compositions challenges the scope of modern day psychedelic bass music. His sound pushes the limits through his own unique mixture of glitch-hop, breakbeats, and psy-bass with a dark, swampy twist. Murky bass lines and terrestrial synthesizers are just a few things contributing to the lustrous sound field amalgamated by BogTroTTeR.

He has quickly become a favorite at festivals such as Infrasound, Lucidity and last years’ Tipper and Friends’ Full Moon Gathering; inspiring a myriad of listeners to tread deep into his sound field, united by lustrous melodies.

BogTroTTeR has six releases creating complex terrestrial soundscapes on legendary Shanti Planti, Merkaba, and Addictech Records.

“Bogtrotter’s sound is a complex sculpture of professional disorientation, flooding your eardrums with endless undulating vocal synths that span a range of textures from warm to scratchy to buzzy to melty to chirpy in an intentional cacophony of bubbling audio characters” - LostinSound
